We're a startup, but a very well funded startup. We're the first spin-off company from Reinvent's incubator model. Life here is fast moving and you'll be working with some of the nicest, smartest, and most passionate people you'll meet. We take pride in our culture and approach to business and we intend to build a company that redefines what it means to be part of a community.

Instead of just a job and a few teammates you may like, we want to create a place where people know each other, genuinely like each other and are aligned and energized about our vision. We're headquartered in beautiful downtown Vancouver, British Columbia and have employees throughout Canada and (soon) other countries. The majority of our staff are on our Customer Success and Marketing teams (Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers, PR and Community Managers , Customer Service Representatives and Copywriters) and our Development Team (Web Developers and Designers).

As part of our employee wellness focus we offer telecommuting, access to an on-site gym (Vancouver employees only), nearly four weeks of paid time off to start (vacation, personal days, and winter shutdown) and flex time plus the use of up to four personal days per year to volunteer or participate in local fund raising campaigns or events. Our leadership development programs offer an additional 40 hours per year of paid time to serve on the board of a local non-profit organization or cause. We, as a company, believe in balance. We do not believe in burning people out.
